3. Payments & Refunds

All project payments are handled via secure gateways.

Note: Once a project development phase has started, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers resource allocation.

Payments must be cleared within the agreed timeline to avoid service suspension.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details we provide (like Hosting or Admin credentials). Any malicious activity, such as attempting SQL Injection or DDoS attacks, will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our service prices, UI designs, and backend structures at any time. However, ongoing projects will follow the terms agreed upon during the initial proposal.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
